The Maker's Mark distillery in Loretto, Kentucky. This was a very educational tour. Bourbon isn't quite as high on my personal scale as scotch, but I like it and really enjoyed the tour. These are one hundred year old cypress vats that they still use for brewing. You're looking at a nasty concoction of corn, wheat, yeast, alcohol, and water. They let us stick our fingers in and taste it (really). Not very exciting - it tasted like really bad corn-flavoured beer.
