Toronto -> Parry Sound -> Manitowaning (Manitoulin) -> Sault Ste. Marie -> Wawa (2 nights) -> Timmins -> North Bay -> Toronto. 2700km in a 2021 Volkswagen GLI Jetta rental.

Favourite places: the Cup and Saucer Trail on Manitoulin. Stone Beach on Superior. Katherine Cove, the Pictograph site, Trapper's Trail, and the Nokomis Trail in Lake Superior Provincial Park. Potholes Provincial Nature Preserve. The Tamarack and Kettle Trails at Kettle Lakes Provincial Park.

Eight bottles and 38 cans of beer purchased at independent breweries (12-15 of them) along our path, for about $250. 44 plaques (both Canada and Ontario) visited.
